Condition, Authenticity, and Item Descriptions

All property is sold as-is, where-is. Descriptions, attributions, and statements of condition whether written or verbal are the opinions of WilHaven Estate Sales personnel and are offered as a courtesy to buyers. These opinions should not be interpreted as a guarantee of fact. WilHaven Estate Sales does not allow public access to our facility for inspection or evaluation. All items are cataloged and photographed to the best of our ability. Additional photos and written condition reports are available by request prior to buying.

Refunds will be considered only at the sole discretion of WilHaven Estate Sales and only in cases where clear and compelling evidence of material misrepresentation is presented. Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction with condition, attribution discrepancies, or buyers remorse.

All Sales Final

No refunds will be issued due to: - High shipping costs - Delays in third-party or in-house shipping - Condition issues that were disclosed or visible in photographs - A buyers failure to request additional information
